About
Who's behind the Factory
Sweet Dreams Factory is a fictional company from the musical Sweet Dreams Factory by Larissa & Maxim Kofman.
How Dream It works
Picture a calm scene before sleep, and it's easier to let go of the day (Harvey & Payne, 2002). What you think about before sleep is also more likely to show up in your dreams (Barrett, 1993).
How Sleep On It works
Sleep helps the brain find hidden solutions — but only to problems you've already worked on (Wagner et al., 2004). So write the puzzle down before bed, then let the night work on it.
